Portal service terms
Terms of use for portal service
These Terms govern business (B2B) access to and use of the Myver Service Portal (the “Portal”).
By registering for or using the Portal, the Merchant accepts these Terms and confirms that the individual accepting them has authority to bind the Merchant.
Myver may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 9.
1. The Portal
“Myver” means Myver ApS.
“Merchant” means the registered business entity.
“User” means individuals authorized by the Merchant.
“Content” means data submitted to or generated in the Portal.
“Privacy Policy” means Myver’s Services Privacy Policy, which apply in addition to these Terms. Privacy Policy is available at https://www.myver.io/services-privacy-policy.
The Portal includes Myver’s onboarding tools, dashboards, integrations, analytics, data export features, and related functionality.
Myver grants the Merchant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Portal for internal business purposes in connection with Myver services.
The Portal may be used only to manage Myver-related integrations and settings, monitor delivery and performance where available, access analytics made available in the Portal, and export data as provided by the Portal.
2. Accounts and Responsibility
The Merchant is responsible for:
ensuring only authorized Users access the Portal;
managing roles and credentials (including administrator access);
ensuring Users act within the Merchant’s internal mandates and in compliance with applicable law;
maintaining appropriate security measures (including MFA where available or required);
keeping credentials confidential, using strong passwords, and not sharing accounts;
all activity carried out under its accounts;
compliance with applicable law and any underlying commercial agreement with Myver.
The Portal must not be used under false identity or misleading affiliation.
The Merchant must not register for or use the Portal under false identity, false affiliation, impersonation, or by misrepresenting association with any brand, merchant, or organization.
Myver may request reasonable documentation to verify authority to act on behalf of the Merchant and may restrict access pending verification.
Security incidents or suspected unauthorized access must be reported to support@myver.io without undue delay.
Myver may monitor and log Portal use for security, fraud prevention, compliance, stability, and operational purposes.
Support is available via email at support@myver.io. Myver does not commit to specific response times unless separately agreed in writing.
3. Restrictions
The Merchant and its Users must not:
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying structure, logic, or algorithms of the Portal;
copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit the Portal beyond permitted use;
bypass or attempt to bypass security, authentication, or access controls;
conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, load testing, stress testing, or similar testing without prior written consent;
use automated tools (including bots, scraping tools, or automated extraction) to extract data from the Portal;
use the Portal to build, benchmark, develop, or support competing products or services;
use the Portal in a way that harms, damages, disables, overburdens, or disrupts Myver’s systems or infrastructure;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Portal;
upload, transmit, or process unlawful content.
4. Data and Integrations
Myver processes personal data in accordance with its Services Privacy Policy (available at https://www.myver.io/services-privacy-policy).
Depending on configuration, the Portal may involve personal data relating to Users and, in some cases, the Merchant’s customers.
To establish and maintain integrations, Myver may store relevant registration and integration information.
Myver may also share limited, necessary registration and integration information with integration partners (e.g., PSPs, acquirers, POS providers and other technical partners) where reasonably required to:
establish, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure integrations;
prevent misuse, impersonation or fraud and protect operational stability; and
pursue, initiate, enable, or finalize commercial partnerships and integrations requested or implied by the Merchant’s stated setup (including with prospective integration partners, for example where the Merchant identifies a POS/PSP provider not currently supported by Myver).
Such sharing will be limited to what is necessary and will comply with applicable data protection law and the Privacy Policy.
These Terms do not constitute a data processing agreement or commercial services agreement. Separate agreements may apply.
5. Availability
The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available”.
Myver may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for operational, security, compliance, or regulatory reasons.
No specific service levels apply unless separately agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property and Content
All rights in the Portal (including software, documentation, design, APIs, and underlying infrastructure) remain with Myver and its licensors.
The Merchant retains rights to its Content, and is responsible for its rights, legality, accuracy, and required permissions needed to provide and process Content through the Portal.
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements provided by the Merchant or Users is and becomes the exclusive property of Myver and may be used by Myver without restriction or compensation.
7. Suspension and Termination
Myver may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if:
these Terms are materially breached;
registration is unauthorized or misleading;
false identity or brand misrepresentation is identified;
security risks arise;
required by law or regulatory obligations; or
the underlying commercial agreement is terminated.
The Merchant may stop using the Portal at any time.
Upon termination, access will be disabled and Portal account data deleted within 14 days unless retention is required by law or necessary for security, compliance, or dispute handling.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
the Portal is provided without warranties, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Myver is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including (without limitation) loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data, and any incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Any liability is limited to direct damages and subject to any agreed limitation framework in the underlying commercial agreement.
Nothing limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under Danish law.
9. Changes and Governing Law
Myver may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Denmark unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Questions and notices relating to the Portal may be sent to support@myver.io.
