Service description for merchants

Myver ApS offers an infrastructure to facilitate transmission of digital receipts (“Myver Services”), with vision to create value for all through transaction enrichment, including digital receipts. Myver’s mission is through banks and partnerships, to build the infrastructure and ecosystem for delivering easy access to digital receipts, receipt data and other value-added services.

The Myver Services will link Customers with Myver’s ecosystem of Merchants and, thereby, enabling Customers to offer Digital Receipts as a Service to their End-users - both consumers and business customers.

Customers include Financial Institutions, Banking Technology Customers, credit card issuers, expense management systems, Performance Management systems, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, loyalty platforms, merchant platform providers and other providers of facilities to End-users.

Merchants includes stores of all sizes who support End-users’ access to Digital Receipts Services, either through own loyalty platforms or through the services of other Issuers. Myver also offers to assist Merchants in analytics based on their anonymized sales data - and to support activities of advertisements, feedback features, loyalty programs, CO2 tracking and other interactive or value-adding elements.

The Merchant shall facilitate Myver’s onboarding and setup process to ensure successful receipt of transactions and line-item data. This includes enabling integration between the Merchant’s ECR/POS/e-commerce solutions and/or PSP/Acquirer and Myver, allowing for the seamless transmission of data from the Merchant to Myver.
